Job Title: Overnight Baker Supervisor – Full-Time
Our Chase River store is seeking an experienced baker to join the team as Full-Time Overnight Baker Supervisor to play an integral role in making all the bakery magic happen! Alongside our Bakery Manager, you’ll be responsible for training, placing orders with distributors, creating delicious displays, and guiding your passionate bakery team to excellence every day! If you’re a natural-born leader with a “can-dough” attitude, we want to hear from you!

About the Job

You’ll train, supervise, and motivate a team to ensure efficiency and productivity

You’ll learn ordering and inventory

You’ll communicate to your team on performance, policies and pertinent issues

Prepare and bake a variety of fresh breads, rolls, and other yeast-based products according to company standards and recipes

Scale, mix, proof, and bake doughs with precision and consistency

Operate commercial baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough dividers safely and effectively





Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality and doneness

Maintain accurate production records and adjust batch sizes as needed based on demand

Comply with all food safety, workplace safety, and hygiene regulations

Pay for this job:
Pay: CA$24.00-CA$30.50 per hour

Starting Range: $24.00-$26.25
Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

Growth Range: Up to $30.50
There’s room to grow! Annual performance reviews provide opportunities to move up within this range over time.
