In this position, you will be part of a caring team focused on client safety and well-being within the Rehabilitation and Community Transition Program. You will monitor clients’ status and report any changes to the nursing staff, ensuring continuity in care. Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and report on client condition and progress
• Administer medications accurately as per policy
• Provide assistance with daily activities and transitions




• Maintain high qualified and ethical care standards
• Support additional duties required for client well-being

Requirements:
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an Alberta-approved Health Care Aide program
• Current CLHA registration mandatory
• Physical capability for lifting and assisting clients
• Previous experience in a healthcare environment beneficial
