Take charge as a Packaging & Finished Goods Lead at our manufacturing facility. This position requires strong leadership to ensure efficient packaging operations and maintain quality standards.

We are hiring for two shifts: Day (Monday to Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) and Night (Monday to Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.). Your role will involve managing daily operations, employee training, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards while promoting an organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily packaging and finished goods processes
• Coordinate staffing and workflow in the packaging area
• Ensure compliance with quality, labeling, and safety standards
• Train and develop team members effectively
• Identify opportunities for production improvement

Requirements:
• 2-3 years in a manufacturing supervisory role
• Robust attention to detail and organization
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
