Contribute to community well-being as a Tobacco and Cannabis Program Officer in Iqaluit. This administrative position focuses on supporting public health initiatives and research projects.

The Tobacco and Cannabis Program Officer will directly report to the Manager of Tobacco and Cannabis Programs. You will handle financial and administrative tasks while aiding outreach efforts and coordinating special events. Community development will be at the forefront of your responsibilities, aiming to raise awareness and support for tobacco and cannabis issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage administrative functions for tobacco and cannabis programs
• Assist with community outreach initiatives and public events




• Support research efforts focusing on tobacco and cannabis
• Organize and coordinate program-related activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize program impact

Requirements:
• Must be Nunavut Inuit to apply
• Proven organizational and teamwork abilities
• Experience in public health or community programs
• Knowledge of tobacco and cannabis regulations
• Solid communication skills for community interaction
