The Government of Alberta is seeking four Scrum Masters to drive digital transformation and service innovation in Edmonton. In this contract position, you’ll work with product delivery teams, facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching teams on methodologies. Your leadership will help ensure the teams deliver efficiently and effectively on project commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cross-functional teams in agile practices and processes
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews and planning sessions




• Coach teams on backlog management and sprint commitments
• Maintain and report progress using agile project management tools
• Participate in user research and usability testing sessions

Requirements:
• Active Scrum Master certification (PSM)
• 2+ years coaching teams in Agile methodologies
• 4+ years leading agile ceremonies
• 5+ years in an agile development setting
• Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps tools
