As an Estimator reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates using advanced software and methodologies. This role requires interpreting tender drawings, performing quantity take-offs, and managing tender submissions. You will lead Design-Build projects independently through all tender phases, ensuring accuracy while promoting effective stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately interpret tender drawings and specifications
• Perform quantity take-offs from project documents




• Formulate tender costs for various project components
• Prepare bid bond and insurance request forms
• Conduct customer follow-ups on submitted tenders

Requirements:
• University Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of estimating experience in construction
• Proficient with commercial bidding platforms
• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
• Valid driver’s license and experience with municipal works
