Senior Project Manager to support employee return to office project including space, people, communication, and technology Our valued client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support employee return to office project including space, people, communication, and technology
Hybrid in Ottawa, Toronto, or Montreal with occasional travel to offices across Canada.
The successful candidate will able to support all facets of project management of including but not limited to budgets, schedules, procurements, stakeholders, risks, and quality. This resource will have the ability to manage projects with scope that includes the development and delivery of solutions by various teams/resources/SMEs. Solutions could potentially leverage varying technologies. The successful resource will oversee organizations internal partners as necessary including technology, risk, facilities, HR, communications and legal.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain integrated project documentation, schedules and budgets
Implement project documentation governance aligned with organization
Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated
Track progress against goals, objectives, advantages, approved budgets and timelines; and report status and variances
Develop and assess change requests to determine their impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk
Demonstrate the ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
Provide integrated change management support through project delivery
Support contract management oversight, keeping track of all important details of an agreement,
including key deliverables and milestones, deadlines, and other requirements
Must Have Skills: 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the public and/or financial industries
Strong experience with stakeholder management and change management
Experience working on Facility change projects, working with 3rd party facility and technology vendors and contractors
Must Hold a valid Government of Canada Secret Clearance
Nice to Have Skills: PROSCI certification
Bilingual; fluent in both English and French
Experience/ knowledge with Mortgage insurance products and processes
