This key role involves reporting to the General Supervisor of Maintenance Planning & Reliability. You will implement and improve maintenance strategies for both underground and surface fleets, ensuring operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote health, safety, and sustainability in all mining processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee development of preventive and predictive maintenance
• Execute failure analysis and reliability-centered maintenance
• Analyze equipment and reliability indicators
• Lead asset condition monitoring and improvement initiatives
• Prepare technical reports and performance metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering
• At least 4 years of reliability or maintenance engineering experience
• In-depth knowledge of heavy mobile mining equipment
• Expertise in maintenance management systems
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
