Ledcor is in search of a seasoned Utility Operator dedicated to safety and teamwork. This role involves operating a range of heavy machinery to facilitate construction activities such as grading and site development. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining high-quality production on challenging terrains and conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate heavy equipment per Ledcor standards
• Engage in excavation, grading, and material handling
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and daily equipment checks
• Collaborate closely with project teams to meet targets
• Recognize and manage site hazards effectively
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in heavy equipment operation
• Experienced with excavators, dozers, and graders
• Ability to interpret site plans and construction layouts
• Valid driver's license and transparent driving history
• CSTS-2020 Fundamentals and Ground Disturbance certifications
