By promoting upcoming events and ensuring participant enjoyment, you play a pivotal role in the Urban Rec experience. Your responsibility includes conflict resolution and responding to any first-aid situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and dismantle equipment for sporting events
• Track time and scores for competitive matches
• Write and submit shift reports regularly
• Engage participants and promote our events
• Handle conflicts and first-aid needs on-site
Requirements:
• Strong love for community sports
• Ability to thrive in a social environment
• Prior experience in sports or event coordination
• Conflict management skills
• Versatile to work evenings from September to December
