You will assist customers over the counter and by phone helping them find the right parts for their vehicles or equipment. You will also support merchandising initiatives, and contribute to a clean, organized, and professional store environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and sales-focused mannerSell parts, provide quotes, and advise customers on product options and compatibilityAssist customers in selecting required parts, suggesting companion products when appropriateProcess payments accurately and efficiently via POS, cash, debit, or credit transactionsHandle returns and warranty itemsParticipate in merchandising and visual display initiatives to enhance product visibilityEnsure overall cleanliness and organization of the store, displays, and outside areasProtect and maintain the security of store assetsStay up to date on new products, industry innovations, and company promotionsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAutomotive knowledge or experience an asset; industrial, agricultural,
