Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre is looking for a Course Development Teacher to work in a full-time temporary capacity until June 25th, 2027. In this role, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of curriculum requirements while drafting instructional materials in MS Word. Close collaboration with the team will ensure the effective adaptation of content into the Moodle platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop instructional content that meets curriculum standards
• Draft and clarify course materials aligned with objectives
• Collaborate with the Course Development Team on project initiatives
• Plan courses to meet all learning outcomes and assessments
• Ensure alignment with the Sask DLC AGC Framework
Requirements:
• Ability to work collaboratively with instructional designers
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with technical skills in editing or web development is beneficial
• Strong soft skills: adaptability and creative thinking
• Eager to seek out resources for course development
