AgeCare seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our senior care team on site. You will deliver goal-directed nursing care, conduct assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality services in a supportive setting.
Reporting to the Director of Care, you will manage medications, educate residents and families, and participate in care conferences.
