Develop skills in HIV, Hepatitis C, and harm reduction

Key Responsibilities:

Provide on-site patient care using a harm reduction approach





Focus on HIV, Hepatitis C, and chronic condition management

Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning

Prescribe and manage medications

Educate patients on prevention and wellness

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Follow CNO standards and privacy regulations

Engage local health and community organizations

Qualifications:

Registered NP (Adult or Primary Health Care) with active CNO license

Masters degree (MN-NP or MScN)

Preferred: experience in harm reduction, HIV/Hep C, or community health

Strong clinical decision-making and patient communication skills

Proficient in EMRs

Current N95 Mask Fit Test and immunizations (MMRV, TB test, or chest X-ray)
