As a licensed clinician in ComPsych’s EAP Network, you will provide essential short-term counseling to employees and their households. This role requires a commitment to ethical practices and alignment with our EAP model while navigating various personal and professional challenges. Experience in behavioral health is vital, as you will conduct assessments and evaluations focused on coping strategies and stabilization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver short-term EAP counseling primarily through in-person sessions
• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
• Support clients with workplace stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate with ComPsych for seamless care transitions
Requirements:
• Master's degree in a relevant behavioral health field
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience post-masters
• Qualified accreditation or registration
• Active professional liability insurance coverage
• Recent resume or CV required
