As an RAI Coordinator at AgeCare, you will be instrumental in the administration and education focused on the Minimum Data Set (MDS). This leadership role ensures that the interdisciplinary team is well-equipped to provide comprehensive assessments in line with best practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and oversee the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process
• Facilitate training for interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor MDS documentation for accuracy and Timeliness
• Maintain an effective resident assessment schedule
• Provide coding support and assistance for assessments
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
• Minimum of three years in clinical or leadership roles
• Robust understanding of Long-Term Care and its regulations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Passion for improving resident care and teamwork
