Rippling is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to deliver seamless HR and operations support for clients in our EOR model. You will own onboarding, payroll data management, employee changes, and terminations while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
You will be the link between international clients, global teams, and HR operations, handling data transfers, SOPs, and compliance across borders in a rapid-paced, highly organized environment.
