Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business owners to define project needs
• Manage project lifecycles, including updating timelines and budgets




• Hold meetings to monitor project progress and adjust plans
• Enhance operational processes for delivering quality services
• Manage staff resources for CPS initiatives and support requests

Requirements:
• Proven project management experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Solid interpersonal and organizational skills
• Familiarity with customer service software
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
