This position offers you the opportunity to join WSP's Mine Waste team, focused on advancing projects involving tailings storage facilities and waste rock. You will contribute to engineering assessments, performance monitoring, and design activities while fostering a safety-first culture within the team. Your collaboration will encompass liaising with both technical staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee geotechnical field investigations and safety protocols
• Provide detailed geotechnical analysis and design decisions




• Formulate effective mine waste management strategies
• Evaluate system performances and suggest enhancements
• Generate clear technical reports and project documentation

Requirements:
• Degree in civil, mining, or geotechnical engineering
• 5-7 years relevant industry experience
• Holds or is eligible for P.Eng. designation
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
