Lead plant finance and accounting activities as a Controller, ensuring accurate financial reporting and robust internal controls. Partner with operations to drive profitability and improve efficiency every month.

This Controller position requires expertise in finance/accounting within a manufacturing environment. You will manage month-end close, forecast performance, and support budgeting initiatives. With focus on standard costing and compliance, you’ll enhance internal controls while developing an effective finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities
• Own standard costing and inventory accounting
• Partner with Operations on efficiency and performance
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Develop and lead plant finance teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA designation or equivalent
• 7-10+ years in manufacturing finance
• Strong skills in internal controls and variance analysis
• Advanced Excel and ERP/MRP experience
