Job Title Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an AI Adoption Analyst in the Utilities in a hybrid work environment in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports the Nexus Tenant Consolidation Program and serves as a key partner in ensuring a seamless transition for employees moving between Microsoft tenants.

Requirements 3+ years of experience in technology adoption, business analysis, digital workplace support, change management, or a related field
Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation initiatives
Robust customer service and stakeholder engagement skills




Experience working directly with business users across multiple organizational levels
Additional Qualifications Experience supporting Microsoft tenant migrations or tenant consolidation initiatives
Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or enterprise AI platforms
Experience supporting SharePoint migrations or collaboration platform transformations
Salary & Employment Details $65.00 - $90.00 hourly
Incorporated Payroll
