In this permanent position based in Edmonton or Calgary, you will lead strategies for Indigenous engagement while reporting to the Deputy Chief. Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous governments and organizations
• Develop partnership strategies to meet community needs
• Provide strategic advice on cultural and reconciliation matters




• Promote Indigenous integration in ASPS policies and service delivery
• Engage with community members at events and meetings

Requirements:
• At least four years in Indigenous relations or relevant initiatives
• Comprehensive knowledge of Indigenous history and rights
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with Indigenous leaders
• Excellent strategic advice and facilitation skills
• Dedicated to promoting cultural safety and respectful engagement
