Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical consultation for complex wound care
• Develop and evaluate educational programs for clinical staff
• Mentor and support nursing staff in best practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality patient care
• Review and update clinical policies and educational materials
Requirements:
• Active RN registration with BC College of Nurses
• 2 years of relevant advanced wound care experience
• Completion of WOCN or NSWOCC education program
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
