As a Veterinary Technician in our Ophthalmology department, you will be part of a small, energetic team committed to excellence in patient care. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor anesthesia and patient vitals during procedures • Conduct venipuncture and place IV catheters • Assist in diagnostic testing and laboratory work • Ensure effective restraint and handling of animals • Uphold high standards of patient care in daily operations
Requirements: • Completion of Veterinary Technician or Animal Health Technician program • Ability to register in British Columbia • Experience in veterinary settings preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills • Willingness to adapt to evolving workloads and schedules
