Help empower autistic youth as a Support Worker with Canucks Autism Network in Victoria for the upcoming Fall 2026 Season. Your support shapes a more inclusive community.

As a Support Worker at Canucks Autism Network, you will assist autistic children in engaging in a variety of programs across Victoria. This role is vital in ensuring that each participant feels valued and supported. You’ll work collaboratively with a dedicated team to enhance the social and skill development of participants.

Key Responsibilities: • Create an inclusive and supportive setting • Adapt activities to help all participants • Focus on individual developmental goals • Ensure safety and emotional well-being • Engage with families and staff effectively

Requirements: • Minimum age of 16 required • Able to obtain a Criminal Record Check • Availability for evenings and weekends • Past experience with diverse needs is beneficial • Strong communication and active listening skills
