The Life of Our Hospitality Team:

As part of our Hospitality Team, you will help create exceptional experiences for visitors from around the world by:

- Delivering outstanding guest service in tasting rooms, restaurants, retail boutiques, and hospitality venues
- Sharing the stories behind our wines, vineyards, wineries, and experiences
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of our wines, culinary offerings, and guest experiences
- Greeting guests, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming workplace
- Conducting wine, merchandise, and experience sales
- Supporting events, tours, tastings, and seasonal experiences
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within guest-facing areas
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional hospitality

Available Opportunities:

Opportunities may vary by location and season and can include:

- Wine Ambassador
- Server
- Server Assistant
- Host
- Expo
- Guest Experience Services
- Event Staff

Bonus Points:

- Previous hospitality, tourism, retail, food & beverage, or customer service experience
- Passion for wine, food, tourism, agriculture, or guest experiences
- Second language considered an asset
