Join us as a Facility Maintenance Technician, focusing on essential repairs and adjustments on-site to maintain our establishment. This role is integral to ensuring our operations run smoothly.
In this role, you'll be tasked with making necessary adjustments to critical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. You'll also perform minor repairs on appliances and oversee safety checks. As the work is strictly in office, applicants should be comfortable handling issues directly where they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adjust and repair systems such as heating, cooling, and ventilation
• Engage contractors for maintenance and major repairs
• Complete minor appliance repairs for operational efficiency
• Conduct regular safety and security checks within the facility
• Perform routine maintenance jobs including painting and drywall work
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate is mandatory
• Experience in facility maintenance from 1 to less than 7 months
• Must work on-site; no remote work options available
• Familiarity with repair practices for plumbing and electrical systems
• Capable of performing multiple routine tasks
