In this role, you will leverage at least one year of estimating experience to enhance our customer interactions and repair processes. Your knowledge of Mitchell and Qapter will be crucial, as will your ability to navigate a high-paced working environment while ensuring compliance with insurance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the WOW plan for customer engagement
• Accurately assess vehicle damage for estimates
• Ensure timely communication and processing of customer requests
• Attend training and workshops for skill enhancement
• Maintain customer details accurately in ASE
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in estimating
• Valid driver’s license necessary
• Proficient in Google platform and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
