Job Title: Material Handler Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Material Handler to join our team. The role involves picking and packing orders consisting of both large items and small parts, operating forklifts including counterbalance and reach trucks, wrapping and strapping pallets for outbound shipments, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack orders consisting of large items and small parts.

Operate forklifts, including counterbalance and reach trucks.

Wrap and strap pallets for outbound shipments.

Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Essential Skills

3–5 years of experience in warehousing.

Forklift experience with counterbalance and reach.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Reliability and punctuality.

Comfortable working in a small-team environment.

Inventory management skills.

Experience with RF scanners.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Manufacturing industry experience.

Valid forklift license with counterbalance and reach truck expertise.

Familiarity with Epicor software.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
