Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and train Fleet Technicians for optimal performance
• Promote a 'Safety First' culture through regular roadside visits
• Manage the operational KPIs for Fleet Drivers
• Foster teamwork and engagement within the fleet
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through consistent execution

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of automotive industry experience
• Prior supervisory experience in a related role
• Red Seal certification in Automotive Mechanical repair
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver License
