TBT Engineering is seeking a Senior Ontario Land Surveyor with 5–10 years of experience in cadastral and construction surveying. You’ll manage complex land surveying projects including boundary determination and construction layouts, while providing mentorship to junior staff. Your leadership will ensure quality oversight and compliance with all professional standards, utilizing advanced tools such as GPS and drones.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute land surveying projects effectively
• Prepare reference plans for variances and subdivisions
• Oversee field surveys and ensure accurate data collection
• Interpret property records for boundary identification
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements:
• Licensure as an Ontario Land Surveyor or eligibility
