About the Role Our client is seeking a dedicated Industrial Recruitment Specialist to join their fully remote team, supporting clients in and around Kimberley . This role requires expertise in sourcing skilled and semi-skilled labor for manufacturing, logistics, and operations roles within the Northern Cape . You will be instrumental in building a talent pool for industrial clients and ensuring timely, efficient placements. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to effectively serve clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates for a variety of industrial positions, including factory workers, technicians, and supervisors.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies tailored to the industrial sector.
Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and perform reference checks.
Manage candidate onboarding processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients.




Utilize recruitment software to manage candidate data and track progress.
Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a specialization in industrial or blue-collar recruitment.
Proven ability to source and place candidates for manual and technical roles.
Strong understanding of the industrial labor market.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
