Hope Church Parry Sound is seeking an Associate Pastor for Adult Ministry to inspire and guide our adult community. This full-time position emphasizes growth in faith and community engagement.

You will collaborate with the Lead Pastor to nurture adults in their spiritual journeys, promote Life Groups, and help individuals recognize their gifts. Leadership responsibilities include teaching, pastoral care, and equipping others for ministry within the church.

Key Responsibilities: • Direct initiatives for adult spiritual growth • Manage and lead Life Groups for members • Offer pastoral care to support the congregation • Teach and guide through Scripture during services • Nurture recent leaders and encourage participation

Requirements: • Spiritually mature with relational abilities • Experience with church ministry or leadership • Passion for aiding adults in their faith journeys • Ability to teach and mentor effectively • Committed to the mission of Hope Church
