Key Responsibilities:
• Perform extensive building inspections for compliance
• Review and process building permit applications
• Enforce the National Building Code and related regulations




• Keep accurate records of inspections and approvals

Requirements:
• Licensed as a Class II (or higher) Building Inspector
• Experience as a Class I Building Official (minimum one year)
• Valid Driver's License
• A.Sc.T Designation considered an asset
• Solid understanding of building codes and bylaws
