Key Responsibilities Manage a litigation caseload with a primary focus on creditors'' rights, debt recovery, and judgment enforcement matters.

Represent financial institutions, leasing companies, and other commercial clients in recovery and enforcement proceedings.

Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, settlement materials, and other litigation documents.

Attend court appearances, motions, mediations, examinations, and other litigation proceedings as required.

Provide strategic legal advice and practical solutions to clients throughout the litigation process.

Maintain regular communication with clients and opposing counsel.





Effectively manage files from inception through resolution while ensuring compliance with court deadlines.

Collaborate with colleagues on complex matters while managing files independently.

Participate in networking and business development initiatives to support the continued growth of the practice.

What You Bring Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario . 23+ years of litigation experience in Ontario.

Experience in creditors'' rights, debt recovery, enforcement proceedings, or commercial litigation is considered a strong asset.

Robust advocacy, drafting, and legal research skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

An interest in business development and building long-term client relationships.

Compensation & Benefits Salary : $75,000$110,000, commensurate with experience.
