Job Description Vortex Stratgie & recrutement is actively seeking a lawyer specializing in dispute prevention and conflict management for its client, a boutique law firm specializing in labour and employment law, located on Montreals South Shore.
Your Role and Responsibilities The lawyer will be responsible for conducting investigations (administrative investigations, as well as investigations involving psychological harassment or discrimination) and identifying issues experienced by our clients in order to develop practical solutions that can be strategically implemented in the workplace.
Requirements A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in workplace dispute resolution or labour and employment law; Member of the Quebec Bar; Corporate and/or human resources management experience is considered an asset; Strong client service orientation; Excellent writing and information synthesis skills (bilingualism is considered an asset); Autonomy, confidence, thoroughness, dynamism, empathy and solid interpersonal skills; We are looking for someone who shares the following values: respect, excellence, ethics, collaboration and enjoyment at work.
