Do you want to specialize in eCommerce SEO and work with an award winning (Global Search Awards, SEMRush Awards, APAC Search Awards) digital agency?

This role will work directly with clients, partners and internal teams to develop and deliver organic search strategies for eCommerce projects for assigned accounts.

The ideal candidate will offer a mix of technical, analytical, and communication skills; capable of rolling up their sleeves to dig into the nitty-gritty details of both technical SEO and eCommerce. However, technical skills are something we can definitely teach you.

Specifically, we’re looking for someone who can analyze data from a variety of sources (analytics, keyword research, competitive insights, technical crawls) and convert that information into actionable strategies for our clients.

This is a client-facing role first, and a technical SEO role second. You will be responsible for owning client relationships, translating complex SEO concepts into clear recommendations, and driving strategy across eCommerce accounts.

Who are you?

- Passionate about SEO, eCommerce, and/or digital marketing. (1+ Year of SEO or digital marketing experience, 3+ years preferred)
- Proactive and takes ownership of client outcomes
- Experience with Tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, or similar is helpful, but not required, we can train the technical side
- Candidates with proficiency in common eCommerce CMS' such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento & Lightspeed are preferred
- Communicates clearly,



confidently and professionally with clients
- Understands eCommerce business models and channels (margins, growth levers, attribution)

This role is ideal for someone in account management, customer success, or agency environments who wants to deepen their technical skillset.

You don’t need to worry about:

- Excel and Data Management – We've built our own CRM so you don’t need to manually build out campaigns.
- Manual Content Creation/Meta Data – We make use of NLP (checked by humans)
- Monthly Keyword Research – We have a dedicated internal research team.
- Selling – No upselling! We’ve got a reputable sales team, amazing partners & client referrals for that.
