We’re hiring: Client Manager — Sales & Client Success

Good Comfort is looking for an exceptional relationship builder to help families confidently navigate their care journey.

This role is responsible for turning inquiries into trusted client relationships and ensuring every family receives a seamless, supportive experience from their first conversation through ongoing care.

You’ll be responsible for

- Responding to new client inquiries and guiding families through their options
- Conducting consultations and converting qualified opportunities into current clients
- Supporting onboarding and ensuring care begins smoothly
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and their families
- Staying closely connected to understand changing needs and identify opportunities for additional support




- Working alongside our Care and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
- Supporting referral relationships and Valuable Comfort’s continued growth

We’re looking for someone who is warm, confident, highly organized, and comfortable balancing compassionate conversations with clear sales goals. Experience in home care, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or relationship-based sales would be an asset.
