What Youll Do: Support the Foreperson in leading and organizing a daily crew of three to five employees.

Help assign tasks and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Oakridge standards.

Perform lawn and grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, and edging.

Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment.

Drive company trucks and trailers between job sites.

Communicate with the crew, Foreperson, and clients in a professional manner.





What Youll Bring: A valid G drivers licence with a clean drivers abstract.

Previous experience leading or supporting a crew of three to five employees.

Lawn maintenance or landscaping experience.

The ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work and lift up to 50 pounds.

Availability to work occasional Saturdays as required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safe.
