About the Role This Senior Business Analyst role sits at the intersection of business strategy and delivery execution for a leading energy infrastructure organization.

The person in this seat is responsible for bridging business stakeholders and delivery teams, turning ambiguous needs into clear, prioritized requirements and ensuring that solutions actually land with measurable value.

It is a hands-on role that spans the full lifecycle from intake and business case development through UAT and post-implementation review.

The ideal candidate brings 10 or more years of business analysis experience and is equally comfortable running a stakeholder workshop and writing detailed functional requirements.

They know how to navigate both Agile and Waterfall environments, can build a compelling business case, and have a track record of driving adoption of process improvements across complex organizations.

Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain trusted relationships with business stakeholders across the organization Facilitate workshops to surface business needs, objectives, and challenges and translate them into defined requirements, success criteria, and KPIs Analyze current-state business processes, conduct gap and feasibility assessments,



and document future-state designs Develop business cases and value realization frameworks to support strategic planning and initiative prioritization Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications Validate proposed solutions against business expectations and support User Acceptance Testing Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle and support change management, training, and business readiness activities Lead post-implementation reviews and benefits realization assessments to confirm delivered value Required Skills & Experience 10 or more years of business analysis experience Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field Demonstrated experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies Solid stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across all organizational levels Proven ability to conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and feasibility assessments Experience developing business cases and defining measurable business outcomes Native or bilingual English proficiency No field work required Preferred Skills Experience in energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors Familiarity with benefits realization frameworks and strategic demand intake processes Formal business analysis certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA
