The ideal candidate will lead testing activities for complex enterprise applications and ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end QA and test automation activities across application releases Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scenarios Develop and maintain UI automation frameworks using Selenium Web

Driver and Java Perform API testing using Postman and support API automation initiatives Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing Troubleshoot complex application and code-level issues and support root cause analysis Manage defects, prioritize issues, and coordinate resolution with development teams Track test execution, quality metrics, coverage, and release readiness Improve automation coverage, framework reliability, and overall testing efficiency Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation,



and release activities Support CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated testing into deployment processes Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to QA team members Required Skills Strong experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, and Test Automation Hands-on expertise with Selenium Web

Driver and Java Solid API testing experience using Postman Knowledge of API automation frameworks Experience with functional, integration, regression, system, and E2E testing Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, CI/CD, and quality governance Experience developing test strategies, test plans, test cases, and scenarios Strong defect management and root cause analysis skills Experience with JIRA, JTMF, and Confluence Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with web, mobile, and API testing Experience building or enhancing automation frameworks Experience with CI/CD and Dev

Ops practices Strong understanding of test reporting and quality metrics Previous experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Brokerage, or Financial Services Domain Experience Experience in Wealth Management, Brokerage, Banking, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
