Dual-reporting into the Controller and CFO, this position oversees the day-to-day corporate finance function while directly supervising a dedicated transactional team of four AP and AR specialists.

Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, month-end financial close, and trial balance maintenance Supervise, mentor, and review the work of four accounts payable and accounts receivable team members Monitor inventory accounting, valuation, land-cost tracking, and variance analysis across product lines Assist executive leadership with cross-border financial activities,



including basic oversight and coordination for US tax compliance Reconcile balance sheet accounts, intercompany transactions, and bank statements Partner with the CFO and Controller on cash flow management, budgeting, and financial reporting enhancements Qualifications 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with previous supervisory or team leadership experience Prior industry background within consumer goods, apparel, retail, or wholesale distribution is an advantage Solid grasp of inventory management principles and cost accounting Working knowledge or exposure to US tax compliance is an asset Professional accounting designation (CPA) or active progress toward completion is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of developing staff Compensation $95,000 - $120,000 annually, plus a comprehensive health and benefits package with long-term career growth opportunities
