Job Title: Full stack Java Developer Experience Level: Level 3 (senior): 5-7 years Open positions: 1 Location: Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite/in office presence 3x/week) Position Description: EC Data & Analytics Technology (DAT) is the Enterprise Computing organization responsible for delivering and operating the firm''s data platforms, analytics capabilities, database technologies, reporting solutions, and data-driven services that enable secure, scalable, and reliable business insights across the enterprise.

Major duties and responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain distributed Java applications in a Linux workplace.

Participate in design sessions and code review to drive high-quality and maintainable software.

Support testing activities to ensure software reliability, performance, and stability.





Collaborate closely with team members to deliver business critical functionality.

Leverage modern AI tools and agentic workflows to boost productivity and software quality. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong expertise in Java development with experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools.

Proven experience in developing distributed, performance-critical, and highly available systems.

Familiarity with multithreaded programming paradigms.

Experience with Python, Angular, Docker/Podman.

Knowledge about Unix/Linux based platforms Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
