Their primary duties involve directing the development and implementation of activities to meet delivery, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritizes schedules based on product introduction, resource availability, and materials supply. Controls and influences, and is accountable for direct and indirect labour. Develops schedules and resource requirements for assigned areas. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage and lead the cell team(s) to provide Operational Excellence including:Employee development,
