Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with deep expertise across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical, integration, and architecture experience and have a proven track record delivering enterprise marketing automation solutions in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud products including SFMC, Datorama, Social Studio, Pardot, Interaction Studio, and Customer 360 Audiences.
Develop and optimize customer journeys, email campaigns, audience segmentation, and marketing automation solutions.
Design integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enterprise applications using web services and related technologies.
Define systems strategy, gather requirements, create solution designs, develop prototypes, support testing, and assist with training efforts.
Apply enterprise architecture, security, and integration design principles to scalable marketing solutions.
Collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, including: - Journey Builder - Email Studio - Interaction Studio - Audience Studio - Salesforce Social Studio - Advertising Studio - Datorama - Pardot - Customer 360 Audiences Advanced understanding of: - Marketing automation technologies - SFMC ecosystem and data models - Common integrations and third-party technology solutions Experience with Salesforce platform technologies including: - Sales Cloud - Service Cloud - Force.com Platform Prior experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Developer.
Solid understanding of integration and security design principles.
Enterprise architecture experience.
Experience working in Agile project environments.
Solid hands-on experience with: - HTML - CSS - Java
Script In-depth understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and limitations.
Experience using web services and enterprise data integration technologies.
