The Corporate Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading all warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and distribution, to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely service. This role oversees warehouse staff, promotes a safe and productive work environment, and drives continuous improvement to optimize operational performance and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Shipping, receiving, and warehousing:
- Oversee the execution of all daily warehouse operations, including on-time order delivery, receiving inbound shipments, inventory control, and warehouse storage optimization.
- Apply and adjust the allocation of resources throughout the day based on current workload.
- Ensure all staff maintain a high degree of customer service during direct customer order pickup interactions.
- Investigate and resolve issues, as required, with shipping documentation.
- Alleviate operational issues and remove roadblocks for warehouse staff.
- Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance or repairs.
- Inventory control:
- Manage inventory control processes, such as cycle counting,
following Brandt’s inventory control procedures.
- Investigate problem orders, receiving issues, and inventory inaccuracies to improve overall inventory precision.
- Coordinate the annual physical inventory of all parts and related inventories.
- Ensure the processing of all deliveries and shipments of parts and attachment WG in an accurate and timely manner.
- Execute weekly parts return process to Brandt’s OEM partners.
- Safety:
- Create and maintain a safe work environment by ensuring that company and OH&S; standards are met in all interior and exterior areas of the operation.
- Conduct regular Safety Talks with warehouse staff.
- Ensure general housekeeping standards are maintained throughout the facility.
- Employee supervision:
- Lead and supervise a warehouse team on various shifts.
- Set employee performance goals, perform regular performance reviews, and document/address performance issues as required.
- Oversee employee training plans and provide ongoing coaching to all staff members.
- Implement and maintain compliance with HR and payroll policies, procedures, and practices, as well as general labor standards.
- Employee engagement:
- Conduct regular communication meetings with the warehouse staff to share warehouse performance metrics, project updates, and general corporate communications.
- Maintain an inclusive warehouse environment.
- Solicit and implement Continuous Improvement ideas generated by warehouse staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We Look For
- 3-5 years progressive work experience in warehouse and/or other supply chain operations, preferably in a medium to large sized warehouse.
- 2+ years of direct supervisory experience in a warehouse or other supply chain operation.
- Experience working with a warehouse inventory management system.
- Ability to organize work, set priorities, and achieve work-related goals.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to delegate effectively.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong commitment to Occupational Health and Safety.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other desktop applications.
- Demonstrated robust customer service orientation and exercises sound judgement when dealing with internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of Lean/5S principles is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of or experience working with heavy equipment is considered an asset.
- Completion of or interest in completing a professional designation in supply chain management considered an asset.
Able to travel as required.
