We are working with our client to locate an eLearning Developer to create a 6–8 minute, fully animated eLearning module focused on the store inventory journey. You will use an existing script to create an engaging experience for new hires and current employees, incorporating animation and AI-generated voice-over.

The client is looking for a highly collaborative consultant who can recommend the best authoring tool, animation style, and overall approach while considering ease of future updates.

Start Date: Late September

Duration & Hours: To be determined by the consultant following an interview

Location: Virtual, but the consultant must be based in Canada

Experience Required:

- Senior-level instructional design and eLearning development experience
- Experience developing animated, visually engaging eLearning
- Ability to recommend appropriate authoring and animation tools based on project requirements
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to guide clients on learning and development best practices
- Experience incorporating voice-over into eLearning; familiarity with AI-generated voice-over preferred
- Highly cooperative and comfortable iterating with client stakeholders
- Must provide own laptop and required software licenses
- Comfortable creating a project estimate following an interview
