THE ROLE Cultivation Workers are responsible for supporting all stages of plant growth.
This includes cloning, trimming, transplanting, and harvesting cannabis plants.
The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to roll up their sleeves in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting.
Daily tasks involve hands-on plant care, cleaning and sanitation, and working in varied environmental conditions from cool harvest areas to warm, humid greenhouses.

REQUIREMENTS Clear Criminal Background Check Clean-shaven and able to wear a respirator Familiar with production line work and basic hand tools Strong manual dexterity skills and attention to detail Able to lift up to 50lbs and work in hot / humid or cool environments, performing repetitive tasks for duration of shift WHAT WE OFFER $17.50/hour + 4% vacation pay Monday to Friday, 6:30-3:00pm schedule Full time work through the end of October with the potential to extend REFER TALENT.
