Key Responsibilities: • Serve as liaison between Ramp Operations and Airline Control • Allocate crews and manage resource demands instantly • Develop recovery plans for Irregular Operations (IROP)
• Record operational performance metrics and assess delays • Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements: • 1–2 years in aviation ground handling or cargo operations • Strong computer skills and experience with tracking software • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma • Valid Driver’s License and clearance for restricted airport access
