*MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ON MONDAYS, TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS.
In addition to that, there are monthly Bonuses for DASH Sales and Cash Control up to $125/Month. Part-time bonus/ $200 Full Time Bonuses are based on whether you and the Team at your store achieve the monthly sales target for DASH products and show good cash control. PERFORMANCE IS REWARDED. Your job performance will be reviewed regularly at DOMO, and performance is rewarded with hourly/salary rate increases and promotions.
Seniority (length of time in the company) is not the key factor in determining who gets paid the most or gets the best shifts,
nor is it the key factor in determining who gets promoted. A minimum requirement is a high school diploma, and Cashier experience is an asset. You provide the enthusiasm, and we will provide the training.
